End User License Agreement

1. Parties

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (an individual user) and ONLINE POKER ROOM LIVE LTD ("Licensor") for the Online Poker: Room Live software application ("Software"), including all associated media, documentation, and updates.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, ONLINE POKER ROOM LIVE LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

1. Install and use the Software on iOS devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. Access all features of the Software as made available in the current version, without restriction.

3. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software.
• Use the Software for any commercial purpose, including any resale, sublicensing, or incorporation into another product, without prior written consent from ONLINE POKER ROOM LIVE LTD.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Software.
• Use the Software in any manner that violates applicable law.
• Represent the virtual chips within the Software as having real monetary value or use them in any financial transaction.

4. Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. ONLINE POKER ROOM LIVE LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of ONLINE POKER ROOM LIVE LTD.

All software code, algorithms, designs, graphics, animations, audio, text, and other content in the Software are owned by or properly licensed to ONLINE POKER ROOM LIVE LTD.

5. Virtual Items

Any virtual chips, currency, or other in-game items within the Software are provided for entertainment purposes only. They have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for real money or goods, and cannot be transferred to any other person or platform. ONLINE POKER ROOM LIVE LTD reserves the right to manage, modify, or remove virtual items at any time.

6. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Software is governed by our Privacy Policy. The Software does not collect personal data and operates entirely offline. Local data such as progress and preferences remains on your device and is not accessible to us.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ONLINE POKER ROOM LIVE LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ONLINE POKER ROOM LIVE LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING LOSS OF VIRTUAL PROGRESS OR DATA.

9. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the Software. Sections 4, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

10. Updates and Modifications

ONLINE POKER ROOM LIVE LTD may provide updates to the Software at any time. These updates may change features, fix issues, or modify this EULA. We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.

11. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law in the jurisdiction where ONLINE POKER ROOM LIVE LTD operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through applicable legal procedures in that jurisdiction.
